Family Portrait Session 2020 – Mattapoisett, Southcoast, Massachusetts

It’s been awhile since I’ve blogged here. While I’ve had several different sessions since we opened our state, it’s been pretty busy in the Irving household. I was so excited to get back to my photography business and had to make sure I had the proper precautions in place for the studio portion to be opened. The biggest type of portraiture I take during this season is outdoor family sessions. It is the season for beach portraits and what a better way to celebrate your family during this crazy year.

It was so fun working with this family. Baby P made the most hysterically cute faces and I couldn’t get over them as I scrolled through the photos once I got home. We got to take the portraits at a local private beach, where a bench sits with the memory of Mary’s grandfather. Baby P tried to eat sand a few times, because why not? Doesn’t it look tasty?! She made me laugh so much! I can’t wait to see the final products once they come in for the family to hang in their home.
