- Prepayment: In order for your child/ren to have their school portraits taken, prepayment is required. This payment will serve as a credit toward any final portrait package you may wish to purchase once the images are available. *PLEASE SIGN UP & PREPAY FOR EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY*
- Payment Deadline: Ensure that your prepayment is made before the specified deadline to guarantee your child/ren's participation in the portrait session.
Step 2
- Once all images are taken and uploaded, you will receive an email to let you know portraits are ready. Please choose your package before the deadline to ensure an easy process.
- To ensure you receive your child's school portraits on time and at the original pricing, it's advisable to pay close attention to the deadlines provided in the email notification and place your order accordingly.

Purchase each child's individual full digital gallery, and receive the sibling gallery complimentary. This offer is available for the **Digital Full Collection Package** only.
Step 3
- Delivery to School (If Ordered Before Deadline): If you placed your order for school portraits before the specified deadline, all packages will be delivered to the school. You don't need to worry about arranging delivery or shipping in this case.
- Ordering After the Deadline: If you miss the ordering deadline, there are a couple of important points to note: Pricing Increase: Ordering after the deadline may result in an increase in pricing. To avoid additional costs, it's important to place your order within the specified timeframe. Home Delivery: In the event you miss the deadline, your package will be shipped to your home address. You may need to provide the necessary shipping details and pay any associated shipping fees.
